I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. Location: the hotel was very close to beach, restaurants and a short walk from railway station, all the shops and restaurants and the beach boardwalk.

The setting here is simply amazing - perfect for a great view of the garden! 🌿

The staff on reception were extremely kind and could not do enough to help us. The location of the hotel is also very good - near the beach, shops and restaurants.

The parking spaces in the underground car park are very narrow and it is difficult to manoeuvre the car into these spaces.

The garage facilities are very poor, subterannean, dingy,low headroom and difficult to negotiate in and out of spaces - better to park on the street if poss.

Great location, just a short walk from the Aquarium Museum. Surrounded by nice cafes and bars 🍹. the rooms here come with balconies, adding a nice touch to your stay.

The excellent location in Arcachon - just a few steps from the lovely promenade and beach with no roads to cross. The room was very pleasant with a small balcony and with a 'side' seaview. Large comfy bed and small but well appointed bathroom. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Underground car parking was a bonus too.

The WC was so small you 'almost' couldn't close the door!

The hotel is conveniently located in a central area close to the beach, restaurants, and a short walk from the railway station. It is situated near the center of Arcachon, the promenade, the main shopping streets, and the market. - Arcachon is a lovely town, adding to the charm of the hotel's location.

The hotel has nice staff, and it is good that there is a garage for parking, even though it costs 14 euro per night. In the surroundings there were few parking places and even more expensive.

The toilet was extremely small. There were no coffee making facilities in the room.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights and cannot recommend is enough. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and polite.

I loved staying at this hotel located just steps away from the vast sandy beach, making it a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. When the weather wasn't great, I enjoyed some downtime reading books in the common areas which were cozy and had beautiful views of the seafront. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with plenty of options for everyone. the view from my room was lovely, including the sea and a few local attractions.
